These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yani AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of anyone who is barred from using the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to build, host, or distribute anything unlawful, or to violate the rights of others. You will not attempt to breach or probe the security of the Service, interfere with other users, reverse-engineer non-public parts of the platform, or use the Service to generate spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property. Agent-generated code and content run in isolated sandboxes; you remain responsible for what you choose to publish or deploy.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and content you provide, and of the output the Service generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service — storing, processing, and transmitting your content to run your tasks. We do not use your content to train our models. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
4. Third-party models and services
The Service routes requests to third-party model and infrastructure providers to fulfil your tasks. The providers configured on this deployment are listed on our Trust Center. Your use of features that rely on a provider is also subject to that provider's terms.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment processor. Credits are consumed as you run tasks. Failed runs are automatically refunded the credits they consumed, per the in-product refund policy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable beyond those automatic refunds. We may change prices prospectively with notice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes to these Terms where we can.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on generated content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Data controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
